Is this a weight loss program?
ReBloom is a metabolic rebuilding program — not a quick weight loss program. It is designed to support body composition change and help your body respond better over time.
Do I have to track food?
At the beginning, yes — but not forever. Tracking helps make sure you are eating enough to support your body well. Over time that tapers down as you build consistency and confidence.
