By accessing and using ReBloom, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use of ReBloom constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Program Description

ReBloom is a 48-week metabolic health and strength training program designed to support sustainable body composition changes through progressive resistance training, structured nutrition education, and behavior-based habit development. The program includes daily learning modules, weekly check-ins, community support, and personalized coaching guidance.

Eligibility and Medical Disclaimer

ReBloom is NOT medical care and does not provide medical advice. You must consult with your physician before beginning this program.

This program is not suitable for individuals who are:

• Currently pregnant or less than 12 weeks postpartum
• Currently breastfeeding
• Diagnosed with an active eating disorder (bulimia, anorexia)
• Required by a healthcare provider to weigh daily for medical management

By using this program, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating and assume all risks associated with physical activity, dietary changes, and program participation.

User Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Updating your information as needed
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Using the platform in accordance with these terms and applicable laws

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content in the community
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Distribute spam, viruses, or malicious code
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute program content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, features, and functionality on ReBloom—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, educational materials, and software—are the exclusive property of ReBloom and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Subscription and Payment

Access to ReBloom requires an active subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are as specified at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy:

• If you are found to be ineligible for the program (per exclusion criteria), you will receive a full refund
• Other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Program Changes

ReBloom is continuously evolving. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features, content, or services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReBloom, its owner, coaches, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Physical injuries or health issues arising from program participation
• Loss of data or interruption of service
• Results not achieved or goals not met
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of ReBloom.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReBloom, its owner, coaches, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to ReBloom at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of ReBloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
