Question 1

What is ReBloom?

Accepted Answer

ReBloom is a 32-week online metabolic health and body recomposition program designed specifically for women 30 and older. It focuses on rebuilding metabolic health, increasing strength, and breaking the diet cycle for good.

Question 2

Who is this program designed for?

Accepted Answer

ReBloom is built for women who have dieted on and off for years and feel like nothing is working anymore. You may be a good fit if you are tired of starting over every Monday, experience significant food noise or all-or-nothing thinking, want to build genuine strength and change your body composition, are ready to take a longer view instead of chasing a quick fix, or want clinically informed guidance from a licensed PA-C.

Question 3

How is ReBloom different from other programs?

Accepted Answer

Most programs focus on restriction. ReBloom focuses on rebuilding. You work directly with a PA-C trained in functional medicine, not a coach or algorithm. Your data is reviewed personally every single week. The program addresses why your body stopped responding, not just what to do next.

Question 4

Will I have to eat very low calories?

Accepted Answer

No. In fact the opposite is often true. Most women who come to ReBloom have been chronically under-eating for years. The early phase of the program focuses on making sure you are eating enough to support your metabolism, recovery, and strength.

Question 5

Do I have to track calories?

Accepted Answer

At the beginning of the program, yes — but not forever. Tracking in the early weeks helps make sure you are eating enough to support your metabolism, recovery, and strength. Over time as your body stabilizes, tracking becomes less necessary.

Question 6

How long does it take to see results?

Accepted Answer

Most women notice changes in food noise, energy, and cravings within the first four to eight weeks. Physical changes in body composition typically begin showing more clearly after weeks eight to twelve as the metabolic foundation stabilizes.

Question 7

Do I need gym experience?

Accepted Answer

No. You choose a strength training program that fits your current level and your life. What matters is that you are challenging your muscles consistently and progressing over time.

Question 8

Is this program safe for women over 40?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ReBloom is specifically designed with the metabolic and hormonal changes that affect women over 30 and 40 in mind.

Question 9

How much does ReBloom cost?

Accepted Answer

ReBloom is $79/month for the full 32-week program. After completing the program your member portal stays open at no cost.

Question 10

Is there a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ReBloom includes a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you complete your first two weeks and feel it is not the right fit, reach out and we will make it right.

Question 11

Is this medical care?

Accepted Answer

ReBloom is an educational coaching program, not medical care or diagnosis. Krystyl is a licensed PA-C and brings clinical knowledge to the program — but ReBloom does not replace your relationship with your healthcare provider.
